Sunday Lunch Club

Join us for our Sunday Lunch Club at Swallows Nest Barn on the 11th October or 8th November 2020. Grazing starters of olives, bread sticks etc, followed by your choice of Beef, Chicken, Pork or Vegan options, with delicious side dishes served to the table, so you can help yourself to as many roasties as you want! You can pre-select your meat when you book your table, including a trio of meats for an extra £2.50. Pudding for the first one will be our seasonal crumble with apples from the farm, ice cream or custard, again straight to the table for a family helping.
Our ingredients will be sourced seasonally and locally where we can, and we are asking you to pre-order to help us to avoid as much waste as possible.
The Swallows Nest Barn team are sorely missing hosting our lovely weddings and parties, and we hope this will go some way to getting us back into the swing of things, so spread the word and join us.
Festive Wreath Making
Saturday 12th December 11am & 2pm
£90 for two people, two wreaths, mince pies & mulled wine.
Join us and our friends at Green & Wild Flowers for a festive wreath making workshop! We will provide the mulled wine & mince pies, while you watch the experts create before getting to work on your own. Hannah will guide you through the wreath and then be on hand to help you make something to take home and be truly proud of.
The workshop will of course be set up to allow for covid-guidelines and you will be required to wear a mask. Workstations will be socially distanced with each ticket couple working together. We look forward to seeing some of you there!

Festive Sunday Lunch Club
Sunday 20th December
We are excited to go big on Christmas this year - and we'd love for you to join us. Our giant tree will go up in the courtyard decked in fairy lights and we'll have crackers on the table and live music to get us all in the festive spirit. Arrive to a warm glass of mulled wine and then pre-select either Traditional Turkey with all the trimmings, Roast Beef or a Veggie/Vegan option. Whatever your choice - start your meal with festive nibbles and end it with mince pies!
This time, as well as selecting your choice of turkey or beef, you can add on extra pigs-in-blankets and cauliflower cheese - Roasties, Yorkshire puds and seasonal veg are served to the table and plentiful. Seasonal crumble with apples & blackberries from the farm, ice cream or custard, straight to the table for a family helping of dessert.

COVID-19 Secure Venue
How we're keeping you safe
We hold a restaurant licence and will be operating in line with government guidelines, observing social distancing and strict hygiene procedures. We require all guests to provide contact details upon booking a maximum of 6 people per table.
We have implemented a one way system around the barn, and ask that you wear a mask when moving around the space. Food and drink will be table service only, ordered via wait staff or our new app. Please note we will only be able to accept card payments. Hand sanitiser will be readily available and our staff following strict cleaning regimes throughout the day. Staff will also be temperature tested and will serve/clear wearing gloves and face masks. The barn will be fogged with anti-bacterial mis after each event, with every precaution taken to protect our staff and guests.
